用235个引物对来源于中国,美国等国的23个烤烟和地方晒晾烟品种基因组进行了RAPD分子标记分析。结果表明:235个不同的随机引物中有25个(占10.64%)可以扩增出至少在两个品种间表现多态性的产物,利用其中16个引物扩增出128条带,其中46条品种间具有多态性。建议将RAPD技术应用于烟草品种鉴定。
A total of 235 primers were used to analyze RAPD markers in 23 flue-cured tobacco and local sun-cured tobacco cultivars from China, the United States and other countries. The results showed that 25 out of 235 random primers (10.64%) could amplify the products which showed polymorphism at least among the two cultivars. Among them, 128 of them were amplified by 16 primers 46 varieties have polymorphism. It is suggested to apply RAPD technology to the identification of tobacco varieties.
