生态城市的建设是可持续发展战略的一项重要内容,我国生态城市建设在理论和实践上都刚刚起步,因而对“生态城市建设”进行深入的研究,明确其内涵本质,探讨其理论基础及特征,并寻求这种思想在现实中的支点和建设标准,具有重要的理论和现实意义。文章探讨了生态城市的内涵、基本特征,提出了我国生态城市的建设原则、建设的途径和措施,以期推动我国生态城市的建设工作。
The construction of eco-city is an important part of the strategy of sustainable development. The construction of eco-city in our country has just started in both theory and practice.
