对摇摆运动下矩形窄通道内的过冷沸腾流动进行实验研究,通过数字图像处理技术计算出空泡份额和界面面积浓度等界面参数的变化规律,并分析影响界面参数波动的主要因素。实验结果表明,矩形窄通道内汽液界面参数受摇摆运动影响产生周期性波动,且波动周期与摇摆运动周期相同。摇摆运动下空泡份额和界面面积浓度的波动主要受汽泡等效直径变化的影响。
Experimental study on the subcooled boiling flow in a narrow rectangular channel under rocking is carried out. The variation of interface parameters such as void fraction and interfacial area concentration are calculated by digital image processing technique, and the main factors influencing the fluctuation of interface parameters are analyzed. The experimental results show that the parameters of the vapor-liquid interface in the rectangular narrow channel fluctuate periodically due to the influence of the rocking motion, and the period of the wave oscillation is the same as the period of the rocking motion. The fluctuation of void fraction and interfacial area concentration under the swinging motion is mainly affected by the change of bubble equivalent diameter.
