十余年来 ,核心期刊的功能发生了很大的变异 ,引起了广泛关注 ,并由此形成两种不同的观点。反对派与赞成派都承认这种功能变异是由多种因素造成的。前者首先对核心期刊的遴选指标加以质疑 ,认为这种评价功能不适合中国实际情况 ,且造成诸多不合理现象产生。后者则强调期刊数量多、论文水平参差不齐以及职称评审中的过多人为因素均是导致核心期刊功能变异的原因 ,并强调这样一种客观存在尽管有缺欠 ,但仍有其合理性。
For more than a decade, the functions of core journals have undergone great changes, attracting widespread attention and forming two different viewpoints. Both the opposition and the pro-faction recognize that this functional variability is caused by many factors. The former first questioned the selection criteria of core journals, that this evaluation function is not suitable for the actual situation in China, and caused many irrational phenomena. The latter emphasizes that the number of journals, the unevenness of papers, and the excessive human factors in the evaluation of titles are the reasons leading to the functional variations of core journals. The latter emphasizes that such an objective existence is reasonable despite its lacking.
