对沙柳烧碱半化学法的高温压力蒸煮浸渍和常压高温浸渍制浆进行了研究,并对相同浸渍方法中不同用碱量条件进行了对比分析。研究发现,带压浸渍方法中沙柳烧碱半化学法制浆采用低于6的用碱量较为适宜,浆料可以用于配抄高强瓦楞原纸;而在常压浸渍法中,采用6的烧碱用量更合理,成浆即可用于抄造高强瓦楞原纸,如果辅以其他浆料配抄高强瓦楞原纸,其用碱量可以适当降低。
