肺泡巨噬细胞(Alveolar macrophages AMs)在吞噬异物的过程中会产生吞噬相伴随韵化学发光现象,但是非常微弱,加入鲁米诺(Luminol)可增强发光,用液体闪烁计数器可测到这种发光。本文用化学发光法(Chemiluminescence CL)试验了AMs浓度、鲁米诺浓度以及酵母聚糖(Zymosan)浓度与化学发光强度的关系,检测了接触不同粉尘的AMs的CL动态变化,用CL强度来判断AMs的CL吞噬功能。试验表明,CL强度随染尘时间的延长面减弱,它可反映粉尘毒性大小和对机体的早期损伤,这对探讨尘肺的发病机理有重要意义。
Alveolar macrophages (AMs) produce phagocytic phase accompanied by rhythm chemiluminescence during phagocytosis of foreign bodies, but are very weak. Luminol (Luminol) can enhance luminescence and can be measured with a liquid scintillation counter. . In this paper, the relationship between AMs concentration, luminol concentration, Zymosan concentration and chemiluminescence intensity was tested by chemiluminescence (CL). The CL dynamics of AMs exposed to different dusts were tested and judged by CL intensity. AMs’ CL phagocytosis function. Tests show that CL intensity weakens with the extended time of dusting time, it can reflect the size of dust toxicity and early damage to the body, which is of great significance for the study of the pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis.
