将采摘的成熟猕猴桃果实置于室内常温下,关闭门窗7天左右。待果实变软后,放在糠筛或米筛内。筛子下面放一稍大的木澡盆或塑料盆,盆内盛满清水,使筛内猕猴桃全部浸在水中。将猕猴桃果实连皮肉一起揉碎,边揉边搅,直至种子从筛内的孔隙中全部漏到盆内。接着用清水洗净种子,阴干(不能在烈日下晒)除去不实粒,装入布袋,悬挂于干燥、通风良好的地方保存。要避免高温和雨漏。为了防潮和防虫蛀,最好拌入或另袋隔放少许生石灰粉贮藏。《农村百事通》1987年9期
