近年来,兴安盟企业党组织不断健全,党员人数逐年增加,多数企业都建立了自己的党组织、工会、共青团、妇联等。在全盟加快发展的进程中,我们紧密结合企业改革与发展的需要,紧紧围绕协调推进“四个全面”战略布局强化新常态下企业思想政治工作,加强企业文化建设,自觉把社会主义核心价值观贯穿到思想政治工作全过程,充分发挥思想政治工作在全盟经济文化建设中的重要作用,促进了全盟经济又好又快发展。
