近年来,食用菌生产发展很快,棉子壳原料供应紧张.为了开发本地资源,我们从1991年开始进行油菜壳袋栽金针菇试验,现将结果报告发如下:一、材料与方法(一)试验处理A.油菜壳33%,统糠33%,废棉33%.B.油菜壳50%,统糠50%.C.油菜壳40%,统糠40%,废棉20%.D.油菜壳70%,统糠30%.E.纯棉子壳(对照).各处理的油菜壳、统糠均用2%的石灰水浸12个小时,另加石灰,石膏各1%拌匀后装袋.
