大肠癌引起的急性梗阻是老年人肠梗阻的常见原因,1997年2月至1999年8月间我科共收治28例60岁以上老年大肠癌,分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组60～65岁10例,66～70岁5例,70～80岁10例,80岁以上3例。其中最大年龄88岁,平均67.5岁。结肠肝区癌14例,乙状结肠占位6例,结肠脾区占位1例,直肠癌7例。 1.2 临床表现:腹痛、腹胀28例(100％),恶心、呕吐6例(21.43％),停止肛门排便排气20例(71.43％),休克10例(35.71％),腹膜炎3例(10.71％),穿孔2例(7.14％)。 1.3 并存疾病:本组术前有并存疾病者20例(71.43％),其中心血管疾病最多,共13例(75％),同时并存两种心血管疾病4例,3种心血管疾病3例。并存呼吸系统疾病

Colonic liver cancer in 14 cases, sigmoid colon in 6 cases, colon spleen area in 1 case, 7 cases of rectal cancer. 1.2 clinical manifestations: abdominal pain, abdominal distension in 28 cases (100%), nausea and vomiting in 6 cases (21.43%), stop anal defecation in 20 cases (71.43%), shock in 10 cases (35.71% ), Perforation in 2 cases (7.14%). 1.3 coexisting disease: 20 patients (71.43%) had preoperative co-morbidities, of which cardiovascular disease was the most, a total of 13 cases (75%), coexisting two kinds of cardiovascular diseases in 4 cases, three kinds of cardiovascular diseases in 3 cases .
