在工程机械的液压管路中,很多采用可在任意方向定位的直角接头,如图1所示。该直角接头具有可在任意方向定位、过流阻力小及结构紧凑等优点。在该接头中,垫圈装在接头体的环形槽中,垫圈的内径比环形槽直径稍大,但比螺纹的外径小。它可在环形槽中活动,但不能由螺纹上脱出,因此,安装垫圈时要用专用工具。本人通过实验设计了一种结构紧凑、使用方便的专用工具,现介绍如下:

The right-angle connector can be positioned in any direction, over-current resistance and compact structure advantages. In this fitting, the washer is fitted in the annular groove of the fitting body, the inner diameter of the washer being slightly larger than the diameter of the annular groove but smaller than the outer diameter of the thread. It can move in the annular groove, but can not escape from the thread, so the installation of gaskets need to use special tools.
