[目的]通过个体采样在职业病危害因素评价应用中应关注问题的研究,提高个体采样检测结果的真实性、科学性。[方法]使用个体粉尘采样器和个人声暴露计对某机械加工企业粉尘、锰烟及噪声接触工人进行个体采样方法运用研究。[结果]发现个体采样存在有一定的缺陷和不足。[结论]要想保证个体采样检测结果的真实性和科学性,个体采样中应做好现场调查、宣传培训、规范操作,最大限度的消除人为因素可能带来的误差。
[Objective] Through individual sampling, we should pay attention to the research of the problem in the evaluation of occupational hazards and improve the authenticity and scientificalness of individual sampling. [Method] The individual sampling method of dust, manganese smoke and noise exposed workers in a machining enterprise was studied by using individual dust sampler and personal sound exposure meter. [Results] There were some defects and deficiencies in finding individual samples. [Conclusion] In order to ensure the authenticity and scientificity of individual sampling test results, individual sampling should do a good job on site investigation, publicity and training, standardize the operation and eliminate the possible error caused by human factors to the maximum extent.
