为防止煤巷掘进过程中发生煤与瓦斯突出事故,保证煤巷掘进安全,采用局部超前钻孔法对煤体高应力集中区进行卸压增透,并利用数值模拟分析通顺煤矿煤巷掘进中巷道工作面和巷道两帮应力分布的状态及煤岩破碎的范围,优化设计局部超前防突钻孔工作面深度及巷道上、下帮钻孔控制范围,并对现场应用效果进行检验。结果表明:巷道工作面应力集中区为2~9 m,破碎范围为0~2 m;巷道上帮高应力集中区为4~5 m,破碎范围为0~3 m;巷道下帮高应力集中区为3~4 m,破碎范围为0~2 m。优化后的超前钻孔能使煤与瓦斯突出预测敏感指标超限情况大幅减少,煤巷掘进速度提高1倍左右。
In order to prevent accident of coal and gas outburst during coal tunneling and to ensure the safety of coal tunnel excavation, local advanced drilling method is adopted to relieve pressure and enhance permeability of high stress concentration area of coal mass and numerical simulation is used to analyze the roadway Face and roadway stress distribution of the two states and the scope of coal and rock broken, optimizing the design of local advanced anti-outburst working face depth and roadway to help the next drilling control range, and field application of the test results. The results show that the stress concentration area of roadway working face is 2 ~ 9 m and the crushing range is 0 ~ 2 m. The high stress concentration area of upper laneway is 4 ~ 5 m and the crushing range is 0 ~ 3 m. The area is 3 ~ 4 m and the crushing area is 0 ~ 2 m. Optimized advance drilling can make coal and gas outburst forecast sensitive indicators of a substantial reduction over the situation, coal tunneling speed increased by about 1 times.
