目的:观察促性腺激素释放激素类似物(Gn RHa)对特发性中枢性性早熟(ICPP)患儿子宫和卵巢超声变化的影响,探讨子宫和卵巢超声检查对Gn RHa治疗ICPP疗效评估的价值。方法:选取2013年1~12月在该院就诊的ICPP患儿20例,分别在Gn RHa治疗前和治疗后6个月进行子宫、卵巢超声检查和Gn RH激发试验,采用SPSS 13.0软件分析比较治疗前后子宫、卵巢的超声改变和促性腺激素(黄体生成素、促卵泡素)峰值变化。结果:治疗后ICPP患儿的子宫容积、子宫长度、卵巢容积、卵巢面积、卵泡个数和卵泡最大直径均较治疗前明显缩小或减少,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),与黄体生成素、促卵泡素峰值变化一致。结论 :子宫、卵巢的超声改变可间接反映ICPP患儿的垂体-性腺轴功能状况,是ICPP患者诊断和疗效观察的一种简单、可靠、实用的方法。
Objective: To observe the effects of GnRa on uterine and ovarian changes in children with idiopathic central precocious puberty (ICPP) and to evaluate the value of uterine and ovarian ultrasonography in evaluating the therapeutic effect of Gn RHa on ICPP . Methods: Twenty patients with ICPP in our hospital from January to December in 2013 were enrolled in this study. Uterine and ovarian ultrasound examination and Gn RH provocation test were performed before Gn RHa treatment and 6 months after treatment. SPSS 13.0 software was used to analyze and compare Changes of uterus and ovary before and after the treatment of ultrasound and gonadotropin (luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone) peak changes. Results: After treatment, the uterine volume, uterine length, ovarian volume, ovarian area, the number of follicles and the maximum diameter of follicles in ICPP children were significantly reduced or decreased compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P all <0.05) Bursin, follicle stimulating hormone changes in the same peak. Conclusion: The changes of uterus and ovary can indirectly reflect the function of pituitary gonad axis in children with ICPP. It is a simple, reliable and practical method for the diagnosis and curative effect of ICPP.
