计算机仿真技术在机构运动学分析中具有广泛的应用,笔者在对活塞缸偏置式径向柱塞马达运动学特性进行理论分析的基础上,建立了运动学数学模型,采用仿真软件对其进行运动学仿真和分析,得到柱塞的运动曲线,结果表明偏置式马达具有低速启动性能好、运行平稳、滑靴滑移性能好、噪声低等特点。计算机仿真技术的应用使得运动学分析简单,直观,测量方便,求解效率高,该方法在机构运动学特性分析中具有一定的应用价值。
Computer simulation technology has a wide range of applications in the kinematics analysis of the mechanism. Based on the theoretical analysis of the kinematic characteristics of piston-cylinder-biased radial piston motor, the author established a mathematical model of kinematics, which was simulated by simulation software Kinematic simulation and analysis of the piston motion curves show that the biased motor has the characteristics of low speed start-up performance, smooth operation, sliding slipper performance, low noise. The application of computer simulation technology makes the kinematics analysis simple and intuitive, the measurement is convenient and the solution efficiency is high. This method has certain application value in the analysis of mechanism kinematics.
