目前级配碎石级配设计大多停留在经验方法上,本文根据间断级配的特点,把k法和体积设计方法相结合提出变k法间断级配体积设计新方法。通过CBR试验验证级配设计效果,通过对比变k法间断级配体积设计方法计算的集料级配与规范级配的比较,结果显示该方法设计的级配具有较高CBR值,并通过试验确定设计方法中的参数k值及设计空隙率。也说明变k法间断级配体积设计方法能较好适应我国间断级配设计需求。
At present, graded gravel gradation design mostly stays in experience method. According to the characteristics of discontinuous grading, this paper proposes a new method of discontinuity gradation volume design by combining k method and volumetric design method. Through the CBR test to verify the effect of gradation design, comparing the gradation calculated by the variable k method with the gradation design method, the results show that the gradation designed by this method has a higher CBR value, Determine the design method parameters k value and design porosity. Also shows that variable k method discontinuous grading volume design method can better meet the needs of China’s intermittent grading design.
