患者男性,57岁。发现左耳下肿块1年,来我院就诊。入院检查,头颈部皮肤及口腔、鼻腔等处黏膜未见色素性包块,全身未见明显色素性损伤,无MM切除手术病史。术前CT示:左侧腮腺区见大小约3 cm×2.1 cm×2.1 cm结节状等密度影,边界凹凸不平,毛糙,内部密度尚均匀,考虑为良性肿瘤;双侧颈部淋巴结未见肿大。超声显示:左腮腺区包块,似有包膜,包块内见点状血流信号,考虑为混合瘤。术中见左侧腮腺区暗红色包块,界不清,质中;术中冷冻报告,考
