如意里小区地处南京市新街口,市中心黄金地段,东起碑亭巷,西至新开城市内环路洪武北路,南起石婆婆庵。可规划用地12.14公顷,规划总人口11800人,其中拆迁居民2678户,8188人(占规划总人口的69.4％),容积率为1.79万平方米/公顷以上。由于小区所处位置,周围公建设施配套比较齐全,原有道路已形成系统,规划中未作更多的改动。这里着
Ruyi District is located in Xinjiekou, Nanjing, a prime location in the city center, from the east of Beiting Lane in the east, to Hongwu North Road in the inner ring road in the west of Xinkai City, and from the south to the stone. The planned land use area is 12.14 hectares, and the planned total population is 11,800. Among them, 2,678 households are demolished, 8188 (69.4% of the total planned population), and the plot ratio is 17,900 square meters/ha.
