天津蓟县人力资源和社会保障局调解仲裁科不断规范执法服务行为,提高服务质量,扎扎实实地为群众办实事、办好事。2011年以来,该科接待来访人员932人次,解答群众政策法规咨询700人次。处理劳动人事争议案件367件,时效结案率达到100%,为劳动者追索工资、工伤赔偿金、补缴养老保险达437.6万元,为建立和谐劳动关系、促进社会稳定做出了贡献。该科先后获得天津市劳动和社会保障系统优质服务窗口、蓟县文明服务窗
Tianjin Jixian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau mediation and Arbitration Section continue to standardize law enforcement services, improve service quality, do solid work for the masses and do good deeds. Since 2011, the department has received 932 visitors and answered 700 people's opinions on policies and regulations of the masses. 367 labor dispute cases were dealt with, and the settlement rate reached 100%. Recruitment of workers, workers' compensation and pension insurance amounted to RMB4,376,000, contributing to the establishment of harmonious labor relations and social stability.
