一、抗菌谱(一)革兰氏阴性菌丁胺卡那霉素的特点是对肠杆菌主要病原菌具有强抗菌活性。埃希氏菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、肠杆菌属、柠檬酸细菌属、沙门氏菌属、志贺氏菌属、耶尔森氏菌属和各种变形菌等均对其敏感。假单胞菌属中对其敏感的菌种有:施氏假单胞菌和荧光假单胞菌,以及洋葱假单胞菌属的代表菌和嗜麦芽假单胞菌。大多数其它不发酵糖类的细菌(醋酸钙不动杆菌、产碱菌属和气单胞菌属)对丁胺卡那霉素敏感,然而在此类菌种中已发现对丁胺卡那霉素耐药菌株。丁胺卡那霉素对军团菌、弯曲杆菌也具有相当强的抗菌活性。脆弱拟杆菌和其它非产芽胞的革兰氏阴性厌氧菌,如对其它氨基糖苷类抗生素一样,对丁胺卡那霉素也耐药。
