本文选择产后6~12周33例乳母,测定其1次哺乳过程中在哺乳前、哺乳后5分钟及10分钟乳汁中脂肪的含量,其结果三阶段脂肪浓度分别为28.5±17.1g/L,47,3±19.3g/L,和67.4±21.1g/L,哺乳后5分钟及10分钟乳汁中脂肪含量分别较哺乳前增加约2倍和4倍。因而对于有脂肪消化不良的婴儿,建议喂养前5分钟的乳汁。此外,乳汁脂肪层高度占总乳汁层高度的百分比与乳汁脂肪浓度高度相关,应用公式Y=O.1127x+2.1175可简便、快速地估计乳汁中脂肪的含量。
In this paper, 33 cases of lactation from 6 to 12 weeks postpartum were selected. The content of fat in breast milk before lactation, 5 minutes after breast-feeding and 10 minutes after lactation were measured. The results showed that the three-stage fat concentrations were 28.5 ± 17.1g / L, 47,3 ± 19.3 g / L, and 67.4 ± 21.1 g / L, respectively. The fat content in milk increased by about 2 and 4 times compared with that before lactation respectively at 5 and 10 minutes after lactation. Therefore, for infants with fat indigestion, it is recommended to feed the first 5 minutes of milk. In addition, the percentage of milk fat layer height to total milk layer height is highly correlated with milk fat concentration. The formula Y = O.1127x + 2.1175 can be used to estimate milk fat content easily and quickly.
