以烟台职业学院食品检测及管理专业的建设和改革为例,提出构建“多学期、分段式”教学组织模式,并就新模式下如何创新课程体系、改革教学内容进行探索研究。
Taking the construction and reform of food inspection and management major in Yantai Vocational College as an example, this paper proposes to construct a multi-semester and segmented teaching organization model and explore how to innovate the curriculum system and reform the teaching content under the new mode.
