巨大宫颈管平滑肌瘤,在妇科临床中罕见我们治疗一例,报道如下。 梁××,住院号19675,27岁,陕西籍,社员。因阴道肿物3年,于1980年4月15日入院。据述在下蹲用力排便时自阴道内脱出一肿物,光滑如核挑大,无任何不适,可还纳,虽在当地医院检查过,但未行任何治疗。发病后白带增多,月经周期无变化但量略有增加。近1年来阴道流出脓性分泌物,有恶臭。性交后阴道有少量出血。半年来阴道肿物增大如儿头,站定未加用力,该肿物也能自阴道内脱出,此际仍可还纳,但下堕感较著。签于肿物剧增,影响生活与劳动,遂入院治疗。
