由于陶瓷电容极小的ESR的原因,自适应导通时间降压电路在输出全陶瓷电容的情况下,输出电压无法提供足够的同电感电流相位的纹波电压做反馈使用,只能靠虚拟ESR电路提供足够的纹波来做反馈使用,并保证电路的正确工作。本文介绍了一种虚拟ESR电路的设计方式。
Due to the extremely small ESR of the ceramic capacitor, the output voltage of the adaptive on-time buck circuit can not provide enough ripple voltage with the same inductor current phase for feedback when the full ceramic capacitor is output. Circuits provide enough ripple for feedback and ensure correct operation of the circuit. This article describes a design of a virtual ESR circuit.
