市志的编纂与省志、县志有共同点,也有其自身的特点和规律。要处理好市志编纂中的几个关系:一是突出城市性质和功能,处理好市属与非市属单位的关系;二是选择不同的角度,避免交叉重复,处理好市志与市辖区志的关系;三是正视城乡二元结构存在的事实和农村城镇化的过程,处理好城市志与农村的关系;四是注重突出城市特色,彰显城市个性,处理好全面与特色的关系。
City records compilation and provincial records, county records have in common, but also has its own characteristics and laws. It is necessary to handle several relations in the compilation of the city records: First, to highlight the nature and function of the city, to handle the relationship between municipalities and non-municipal units; secondly, to choose different perspectives, to avoid cross-duplication, and to properly handle municipal and municipal districts Third, we should face up to the fact that urban-rural dual structure exists and the process of urbanization in rural areas and handle the relationship between urban ambition and rural areas. Fourth, we should pay attention to highlighting urban features, demonstrating the city’s personality and handling comprehensive and distinctive relationships.
