凝析气藏采用加入水合物抑制剂的方法预防输送过程中水合物的生成,为了研究不同类型抑制剂的协同作用效果,基于对水合物热力学抑制剂与动力学抑制剂作用原理的分析,通过实验对动力学抑制剂(聚N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮)与热力学抑制剂(甲醇、乙二醇)的复合效果进行研究,重点研究了动力学抑制剂含量对醇体系抑制效果、不同醇含量体系对动力学抑制剂抑制效果的影响,选择性地实验了一定矿化度水对抑制效果的影响。结果表明:聚N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮与醇体系具有很好的配伍性,相互之间具有促进作用,二者复配可以有效提高抑制效果。
In order to study the synergistic effects of different types of inhibitors, the gas hydrate inhibitor was added to prevent the formation of hydrate in the process of transportation. Based on the analysis of the action principle of hydrate thermodynamic inhibitors and kinetic inhibitors, The effects of kinetic inhibitors (poly (N-vinyl pyrrolidone)) and thermodynamic inhibitors (methanol and ethylene glycol) were studied experimentally. The inhibition effect of kinetic inhibitors on alcohol system was studied emphatically. Kinetic inhibitors inhibit the effect of the effect of selective experiments of a certain mineralized degree of water on the inhibition effect. The results showed that poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) and alcohol system have good compatibility and promote each other, the two can effectively improve the inhibitory effect.
