按照信息化建设的不同方面,信息产业部在信息化推进工作中,分别从区域信息化,领域信息化、企业信息化,社会服务信息化以及信息化的基础工作等几个方面加以推进。而在企业信息化推进过程中,国有大型企业、中小型企业和单一轻型企业的信息化目标不尽相同,各个企业必须按照实际情况,确定信息化发展战略.政府则要以应用为主导,分层次渐进地引导和推进企业信息化建设的发展。
