前苏联克里沃罗格境内的中心采矿和选矿联合企业(后面称中心GOK)已建成一座先进选矿厂,用强磁选法分选氧化的含铁石英岩,处理能力为每年800,000吨矿石。按相同的工艺,该联合企业正在建设一座年处理660万吨矿石的选矿厂。本文主要叙述矿石的矿床和类型、设计的基本观点、过程的主要设备、选矿厂工艺流程、数据和投产的结果。
The center’s mining and beneficiation consortium (formerly known as Center GOK) in Kliwallogo, the former Soviet Union, has built an advanced concentrator to sort oxidized ferrous quartzite by strong magnetic separation with an annual processing capacity of 800,000 tonnes of ore. In the same process, the conglomerate is building a concentrator that processes 6.6 million tonnes of ore annually. This article describes the ore deposits and types, the design of the basic point of view, the process of major equipment, mineral processing plant processes, data and put into operation the results.
