1958年Fard等首次发现白血病染色体的异常改变,近年来发现白血病染色体均有异常改变,从而提供了从染色体到基因水平上阐明白血病机理的可能性,因此染色体已成为研究白血病与肿瘤必不可少的手段。我们从1977~1981年12月采用骨髓直接法和微量血液培养法进行普通核型及G带分析共观察了急性白血病57例,本文仅就急性淋巴细胞性白血病(ALL)染色体的观察报导如下:
In 1958, Fard et al. First discovered the abnormal changes of leukemia chromosomes. In recent years, abnormal changes of leukemia chromosomes were found, which provided the possibility of elucidating leukemia mechanism from chromosome to gene level. Therefore, chromosomes have become indispensable for the study of leukemia and tumor means. In our study, 57 cases of acute leukemia were observed in common karyotype and G-band analysis by direct bone marrow method and micro-blood culture method from 1977 to December 1981.
