目的:比较两种不同溶剂的微胶囊双水相对白术挥发油中蓬莪术烯富集程度。方法:运用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对β-环糊精-硫酸钠萃取的白术挥发油中的蓬莪术烯进行检测,利用面积归一化法确定其相对含量。结果:采用β-环糊精-硫酸钠萃取法,以甲醇作为提取溶剂得到的蓬莪术烯含量最高,其相对含量为75.14%。结论:以甲醇为溶剂的微胶囊双水相富集效果较好,蓬莪术烯含量高,为蓬莪术烯的进一步研究提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the enrichment degree of Curcuma albus in the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala with microcapsules of two different solvents. Methods: Curcumin in the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephala extracted by β-cyclodextrin-sodium sulfate was detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and its relative content was determined by area normalization. Results: β-Cyclodextrin-sodium sulfate extraction method with methanol as the extraction solvent was the highest content of Curcuma alkene, the relative content of 75.14%. Conclusion: The aqueous two-phase enrichment with methanol as solvent is better and the content of Entamoebae content is high, which provides a reference for further study on cephanene.
