认真分析一下现实社会中风云多变的竞争格局,回顾一下人类社会丰富多彩的兴衰历史,就不难发现,无论是国家、民族、组织抑或个人之间的力量对比都处在剧烈的变化之中。有的由弱变强,或强而愈强;有的却由强变弱,或弱而愈弱。这种强弱关系的转换不仅是经济、科技、物质力量的较量,更重要的是管理的较量。尤其是在当今世界的激烈竞争中,管理已经成为一种“基础国力”！好的管理可以使民族振兴,经济发展,使差的组织和企业振疲起衰,起死回生;而差的管理却会使国家衰亡,使企业或组织在激烈的竞争中一败涂地。科学的管理是竞争和发展的利器,抓住它,昨天的弱者可能成为今天的强者！失去它,今天的强者也可能成为明天的弱者！
