高等职业院校师资队伍的建设问题不仅是各院校一直在不断探索和实践的问题也是国家教育主管部门十分关注和不断研究的问题。但是,由于种种原因不仅进展缓慢而且成效不大。它既不是学科型高校以加强基础理论为主要目的也不是技校和中等职业学校以培养一线操作工人为主要目的,是介于两者之间的培养目的而且是更高层次的一线技术及管理人才。所以在培养手段和培养方法有许多需要研究和创新的问题。
The construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges is not only the issue that colleges and universities have been constantly exploring and practicing, but also the issues that the state education authorities are paying close attention to and constantly studying. However, for various reasons, it has not only made slow progress but also achieved little success.
