石油部钻井司和中国石油学会工程分会,于一九七九年十月十六日至二十三日在江苏石油勘探开发会战指挥部联合召开了《全国石油钻头系列讨论会》。会议由部钻井司和石油工程分会负责同志主持。参加这次会议的有来自全国二十三个省、市15个油田、四家钻头厂、两所石油高等院校、三个研究机构和石油部制造局、供应局、科技司,以及《石油钻采工艺》杂志编辑部
The Drilling Division of the Ministry of Petroleum and the Engineering Branch of the Chinese Petroleum Institute jointly held the “National Oil Drill Series Seminar” at the Battle Command Headquarters of Jiangsu Petroleum Exploration and Development from October 16 to October 23, The meeting was chaired by the responsible commanders of the Drilling Division and the Petroleum Engineering Branch. There were 15 oil fields, 15 oilfields, 4 bit plants, 2 petroleum colleges and universities, 3 research institutes and the Ministry of Petroleum Production Bureau, supply bureau, science and technology department and “Petroleum Drilling and Mining Technology ”magazine editorial department
