总结分析视网膜脱离裂孔的好发部位,提高裂孔的检出率是进行视网膜脱离手术的重要前提。笔者注意到视网膜裂孔常常多出现在斜肌抵止点附近,因此对我科286例视网膜脱离患者裂孔分布,尤其与斜肌关系进行临床公析。现报告如下。对象及方法以1981年1月至1986年5月,我科住院手术治疗裂孔原性视网膜脱离病人286例(男186例,女100例),共291眼。其中右155眼,左126眼,双眼发病5例。年龄最小10岁,最大59岁
It is an important precondition for retinal detachment surgery to summarize and analyze the predilection sites of retinal detachment hiatus and improve the detection rate of hiatus. The author noticed that retinal holes often appear in the oblique point near the point of obstruction, so my department 286 cases of retinal detachment in patients with pore distribution, in particular, the clinical analysis of oblique relations. The report is as follows. Subjects and Methods From January 1981 to May 1986, 286 patients (186 males and 100 females) were enrolled in our hospital for surgical treatment of retinal detachment. 291 eyes were enrolled. Among them, there are 155 eyes on the right, 126 eyes on the left, and 5 eyes on both eyes. The youngest 10 years old, maximum 59 years old
