1983～1986年,我们对1757艘(次)在港舰船调查了蟑螂属种,并采取联合使用溴氰菊酯、二氯苯醚菊酯进行了灭嫜螂的效果观察,现将调查情况和观察效果报告如下。观察内容和方法 1.虫情调查虫种调查方法:对所捕捉到的蟑螂,根据蟑螂的外部形态特征,鉴定区分蟑螂成若虫种类。密度调查方法:在舰船上调查蟑螂密度,我们选用二种方法,即粘胶法与目测法。粘胶法:选用辽宁化工厂生产的蟑螂粘捕盒,诱饵为市售面包,晚放晨收,虫口密度以虫口数/盒·夜表示。目测法:于晚上20～22时进行,调查时先用0.3%二氯苯醚菊酯喷洒,随后采取定人、定点、定时的办法观察
