武汉石化厂已经成功地在其采用石伟公司技术的重油催化裂化装置上使用了阿克苏诺贝尔化学公司的Octavision 527型催化剂,该装置对催化剂的焦炭和干气选择性要求颇高.Octavision 527型催化剂因具有独特的镍封闭技术和开孔结构能降低焦炭和干气的生成量,表现出良好的焦炭和干气选择性及较好的渣油催化裂化性能,有效的重金属钝化能减少了钝化剂的用量。尽管平衡剂上的镍含量升高,钝化剂的添加量减少,然而干气生成量却下降。目的产品性质、汽油辛烷值及液化石油气的烯烃选择性都较为理想,反映出该催化剂有较强的抑制氢转移反应的能力。
