我院于1996～1999年共收治23例优降糖致低血糖昏迷的病人,其中男性9例,女性14例,年龄43～87岁,平均年龄71岁。抢救成功22例,临床死亡1例,现具体报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 23例患者中21例有糖尿病病史,2例首次发现血糖或尿糖偏高。21例中有高血压15例,高血压伴脑梗死或老年性痴呆6例,伴有心功能不全者2例,肺气肿、肺心病2例,胃肠道病变2例。23例均服用优降糖,剂量为2.5～5mg,每日3次,饭前或饭后口服。
Our hospital in 1996 to 1999 were treated a total of 23 patients with hypoglycemic hypoglycemic coma caused by patients, including 9 males and 14 females, aged 43 to 87 years, mean age 71 years. Rescue success in 22 cases, 1 case of clinical death, are specifically reported as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information 21 of 23 patients with diabetes history, 2 cases found for the first time high blood sugar or urine sugar. 21 cases of hypertension in 15 cases, hypertension with cerebral infarction or senile dementia in 6 cases, with cardiac insufficiency in 2 cases, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease in 2 cases, gastrointestinal lesions in 2 cases. Twenty-three patients received optimal hypoglycemic doses of 2.5 to 5 mg orally three times daily before or after meals.
