几年前,蒋东兴参加《教育信息化十年规划》编写时,在讨论中明确提到,对于大部分学校来说,私有云是奢侈的。而对于公有云,他提出两个关键问题:一是现在很多云服务都不收费,将来一旦收费怎么办?定价权是否合理;二是形成的所有电子资料都在云服务厂商那里,学校没有保存下来任何内容,这个至关重要的问题如何解决?日前,接受本刊采访时,他表示,云服务势不可挡,螃蟹好吃,但最开始吃螃蟹者还会经历一个痛苦的过程。他看好以云的方式做MOOC,认为,高等教育领域最先大规模云化的应用应当是个性化稍弱的应用。
