本实验研究了溴氰菊酯中毒大鼠各脑区内5-HT及其代谢产物5-HIAA含量的变化。结果表明当给大鼠经口染毒70mg/kg溴氰菊酯时,苍白球和大脑皮层内5-HT和5-HIAA的含量均降低,下丘脑内仅5-HIAA含量降低而延脑和中缝核群内的5-HT和5-HIAA的含量没有出现变化。这个现象提示溴氰菊酯的作用部位可能在中枢神经。
In this study, we investigated the changes of 5-HT and its metabolite 5-HIAA in various brain regions of deltamethrin poisoning rats. The results showed that the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the globus pallidus and cerebral cortex decreased when the rats were orally exposed to 70 mg / kg deltamethrin, the content of only 5-HIAA in the hypothalamus was decreased, There was no change in the content of 5-HT and 5-HIAA in the SCC. This phenomenon suggests that the role of deltamethrin may be in the central nervous system.
