2005年3月,我们来到广西农民运动的发源地、百色起义的腹地、左右江革命根据地重要地区——东巴凤,为了一支两年多来日日夜夜投身于这片红色土地交通基础设施建设的广西公路建设队伍。为了规范对东巴凤三县交通基础设施建设大会战工程项目的全面管理,广西自治区交通厅于2003年4月下旬成立了广西东巴凤三县交通基础设施建设大会战办公室,采取“统一领导、分级管理”的工作原则,东巴凤建设办负责工程项目的全面管理、监督和考核,下设10个现场建设办,负责各自管辖项目的工程质量、进度、投资、合同、安全生产、文明施工和廉政建设。在东巴凤,我们听到了那么多动人的故事,看到了那么多感人的场面。
