在炎炎夏日,纳凉消夏,是一种悠闲,一种情趣,一种享受,一种意境。古代文人尤其是宋代文人钟情消夏诗,在纳凉避暑时写下了诸多含蓄隽永的诗句,细细品来,会给人带来丝丝清凉。北宋文学家秦少游有一首诗的标题就叫《纳凉》:“携杖来追柳外凉,画桥南畔倚胡床。月明船笛参差起,风定池莲自在香。”月明之夜,笛声悠悠,莲花盛开,晚风初定,沁人心脾。这种由外而内的凉意令人沉醉,燥热也自然退去。
