应用气相色谱-质谱法测定及确证粮谷(糙米、玉米)中特丁磷的残留量,试样用水-丙酮提取,提取液经与乙酸乙酯液-液分配后,再以PT-硅镁柱净化,用气相色谱-质谱选择检测器监测离子测定方式(GC-NSD-SIM)来进行测定和阳性确证。特丁磷选择监测离子为(m/z231、233、288),其丰度比约为100:14:11。采用外标法定量,检出限为0.002mg/kg。
The residue of terbutaline in grain (brown rice, corn) was determined and confirmed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The sample was extracted with water and acetone. The liquid was partitioned with ethyl acetate by liquid- The column was cleaned up and the GC-NSD-SIM was used for the determination and positive confirmation by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector selection.
