本刊讯9月30日,省人大常委会向社会公布《广东省人大常委会开展预算资金支出绩效第三方评价实施办法》,首次将2014年以来在预算绩效监督方面的探索成果上升为制度规范。2014年以来,省人大常委会在全国省级人大首开先河,采取专题调研、听取和审议省政府专项工作报告以及引入第三方机构进行绩效评价等方式,先后对6项财政专项资金开展绩效监督,取得了较好效果。同时,作为一项新生事物,在探索过程中也遇到一些亟待解决
