企业文化对一个企业的未来发展具有十分积极的作用,它是企业发展的灵魂所在。一个优秀的企业文化不仅能使企业员工之间的凝聚力加强,还能提高企业在快速发展的经济市场中的竞争力。因此,企业文化对企业的发展起着至关重要的作用,也只有不断创新企业文化才能使企业发展的每个环节都能贯穿创新理念。本文首先阐述了企业文化的主要概念,其次分析了企业文化创新的价值,最后就企业文化如何创新进行了深刻思考。
Corporate culture on the future development of a business has a very positive role, it is the soul of enterprise development. A good corporate culture can not only strengthen the cohesion among employees, but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the fast-growing economic market. Therefore, the corporate culture plays an important role in the development of the enterprise, and only by continuously innovating the corporate culture can each aspect of the enterprise development permeate the innovative concept. This paper first expounds the main concepts of corporate culture, secondly analyzes the value of corporate culture innovation, and finally gives a profound thought on how to innovate corporate culture.
