文化传媒公司是促进我国经济发展的重要组成部分,随着我国经济的发展,文化传媒行业竞争日益激烈,盈利空间也日益狭窄。因此采取有效的发展战略对提高公司竞争力具有重要的帮助。本文从文化传媒公司战略发展现状分析出发,分析新时期文化传媒公司战略发展过程中存在的问题,这些问题主要包括:发展途径单一、缺乏竞争力、专业人才缺乏,缺少有效的人才支持。最后提出加强新时期文化传媒公司战略发展具体措施,要多途径多方式的发展、培养核心竞争力、加强人才培养力度,这样才能保证文化传媒公司的健康稳定发展。
Cultural media companies are an important part of promoting China’s economic development. With the economic development of our country, the competition in the cultural media industry is getting fiercer and the space for profit making is becoming narrower day by day. Therefore, to take effective development strategy to improve the competitiveness of the company has important help. This article analyzes the status quo of the strategic development of cultural media companies and analyzes the problems existing in the strategic development of cultural media companies in the new era. These problems include: a single development path, lack of competitiveness, lack of professionals, and lack of effective talent support. Finally, we propose concrete measures for strengthening the strategic development of cultural media companies in the new era. We must develop in a multi-pronged and multi-pronged approach, cultivate core competitiveness and strengthen personnel training in order to ensure the healthy and stable development of cultural media companies.
