明清以来徽州地区的宗族保障日趋完善,本文着重探讨徽州宗族在医疗方面所建立的疾病预防、医疗(侧重在族医体制)和救助的较为完善的医疗体系。徽州宗族的长期延续,某种意义上来说,也是族人身体的世代相续,故徽州宗族十分重视其医疗保障功能。这是徽州瘟疫发生次数较之毗邻的其他江南地区来得少的重要原因之一。同时,族医制度与宗族的“显亲宁亲,儒医等耳”的价值观促进了新安医学的发展,成就了新安医学的辉煌。
Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the clan protection in Huizhou area is getting more and more perfect. This article focuses on the more complete medical system of disease prevention, medical treatment (focusing on family medicine system) and relief in Huizhou clans. Huizhou long-term continuation of the clan, in a sense, is also the continuation of generations of the tribal body, so Huizhou clan attaches great importance to its medical security functions. This is one of the important reasons why the plague in Huizhou is less frequent than other adjacent Jiangnan areas. At the same time, the values of family medicine system and clan “significant relatives and relatives, Confucianism and other ears ” promoted the development of Xin’an medicine and made the brilliant of Xin’an medicine.
