中国统配煤矿总公司集体经济工作会议1991年5月7日至10日在新汶矿务局召开。总公司胡富国总经理到会并讲了话,濮洪九副总经理代表总公司党组作了报告,韩英副总经理参加会议并讲了话。各省煤炭厅(局)、各统配矿务局、矿、直管矿务局主要负责人和总公司各局代表及有关各方代表共500多人参加了会议。会上十二个单位交流了发展集体经济的经验,表彰了在发展煤炭集体企业工作中做出成绩的64个先进单位和55名集体企业先进工作者。这里刊出濮洪九同志报告的第二、三部分。
China National Assembly Coal Mine Collective Economic Working Conference May 7, 1991 to 10 in Xinwen Mining Bureau was held. General Manager Hu Fuguo attended the meeting and made a speech. Pu Hongjiu, the deputy general manager, made a report on behalf of the headquarter party group. Vice GM Han Ying attended the meeting and made a speech. Coal provinces (bureaus) of various provinces, chiefs of various government agencies including the Bureau of Mines, Mines and Direct-run Mines and the representatives of various bureaux of the headquarters and representatives of all relevant parties attended the meeting. Twelve units exchanged views on the experience of developing collective economy and commended 64 advanced units and 55 advanced workers in collective enterprises for their achievements in developing coal-based collective enterprises.
