On the first day after the snow was clear in December 1985, I, as a special correspondent of the “Accounting Newsletter”, made a special trip to Comrade Zhang Qingsheng, the new manager of the transportation company. The company is located in Huangzhou, the ancient city on the north bank of the Yangtze River. On this day, the compound was wrapped in silver, and it was clean on the parking pedestal. The tall metasequoia was extremely bright and white. The sound of horns, the roar of engines, the cars that line up and go in and out, the maintenance workers are busy checking the vehicles, and they are very lively! As we entered the office, Liu Kechang, Finance and Accounting Branch, received us, not a moment. A middle-aged man, about 40 years old, came in. Despite the cold weather and the lack of clothing, he appeared to be competent. His eyes revealed a deep, deep-minded vision. He was simply “aggressive.” “This is the manager Zhang” Liu Kechang introduced. Then came the deputy manager Comrade Chen Chuandao and the two chiefs.
