以遗传工程制备的umu试验菌株TA1535/PSK1002具有典型的SOS反应,即遇到诱变物时启动与错向修复有关基因表达,同时β-半乳糖苷酶活力提高,通过检测此酶活力鉴别化学物诱变性及强度。本方法具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点。我们用此法检测了13种化学物,並与Ames试验进行了比较结果如下:
