大会正式推出“两个工程”,北京市副市长陆吴、国家药监局副局长张文周发表讲话并提出要求 本刊讯 2003年2月19日,2003年北京市药品质量暨“两个工程”实施大会在北京市京丰宾馆召开。 北京市药监局局长冯国安代表北京市药监局做了题为“总结经验,乘势而上,促进首都药品监管再上新台阶”的报告,并宣布北京市药监局正式实施“药品质量保障”、“队伍素质建设”等两个工程。
